Structural Process Controls

* First-Article Inspection (FAI): The very first part machined in a batch is 100% inspected andlogged before full-scale production begins.

* In-Process Sampling: Our machinists conduct regular volumetric and dimensional checks atdesignated runtime intervals.

* Traceability: Full documentation control, providing raw material mill test reports (MTR) and0dimensional CMM inspection sheets upon request.
